I am a former radio personality, I am an addict and I am in recovery. Sober Exposure exists to break the stigma of substance abuse and addiction. My mission is to help those who suffer from addiction as well as their family. I like to get raw with stories of inspiration offering different solutions and points of view about recovery. With us this week is, Arizona Lindsey, a 24-year-old pop-country recording artist, actress, and mental health advocate. Her music takes you through the journey of someone who is struggling with the lasting imprints of complex trauma and then through the journey of entering into the trauma recovery process.
She is truly an inspiration and her work will help to de-stigmatize mental health while promoting wellness and empowerment.
